Great Ocean Helicopters will be conducting our ever so popular joy flights throughout the Kalbar Sunflower Festival, this festival creates cherished memories while making a difference in cancer research. Sit back and enjoy the picturesque Scenic Rim, while in your own Sunflower Sanctuary. Wonder around and enjoy the highly anticipated festival before you take to the skies for a bird's eye view of the spectacular Sunflowers of Kalbar, overlooking a patchwork of farms, grazing land and German historical buildings that make up the town of Kalbar." Our aim is to provide the experience of Sunshine and Joy that Sunflowers can provide" . 

These sensational scenics provide a safe and unique way to absorb all of the excitement from above!

The flight takes you over Kalbar where you can capture the action from above. We then travel over the historic town where you can spot some Architecture and German buildings, with views of Moogerah Dam,  Waterfall Gorge,  Mount Grevill Lookout and the Great Diving Range in the distance and then returning back to the festival grounds.
